Overview HR Manager Bellville Cape Town Our professional services client in the Bellville area of cape Town is looking for a HR Manager with 5 years’ experience from an Investment Financial Services industry backround. You will be a strategic HR Manager / HRBP to business units, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business goals. Salary Market related Min Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years’ experience as a HR Manager / HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role within a financial services / investment industry. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus. Responsibilities HR Management and Development Training and Development Strategic Partnership - Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Employee Relations Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate programs. HR Policy and Compliance - Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively. Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
