Location: Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Salary: Negotiable in SAR per month, dependent on qualifications and experience Industry: Veterinary Healthcare Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: An established veterinary healthcare group seeks an experienced Medical Director to lead its clinical services and multidisciplinary veterinary team. The successful candidate will oversee standards of care, clinical governance and professional development while supporting effective hospital operations and continuous improvement. Key Requirements: Recognised veterinary degree Significant clinical leadership experience within veterinary hospitals Specialist qualification advantageous Strong leadership, strategic planning and team-development skills Experience implementing clinical protocols and quality-improvement initiatives Excellent communication and decision-making abilities Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Lead veterinary teams and oversee clinical service delivery Establish and maintain clinical protocols and quality standards Review patient outcomes and drive improvements in care Mentor clinicians and support professional development Coordinate multidisciplinary case management and clinical escalation Work with operational leadership on staffing, resources and service planning Oversee clinical governance, professional compliance and accurate record-keeping These positions are residential and based either in Riyadh or Jeddah and are residential with annual leave and a return flight back to South Africa.
