Overview HR Business Partner Sandton, Johannesburg Our technologies client in Sandton, Johannesburg is looking for a HR Business Partner with 5 years’ experience from an IT/Technologies Services industry backround. You will be a strategic HR Manager / HRBP to business units, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business goals. Salary Market related Min Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner / HR Manager or in a similar HR role Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Experience with HRIS and other HR software is a plus. Responsibilities HR Management and Development Training and Development Develop and manage wellness programs to enhance staff motivation and drive Strategic Partnership - Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Employee Relations Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate programs. HR Policy and Compliance - Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively. Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
